The Old Way

Traditional Property Renting

Renters personally chase "To Let" signboards or visit door-to-door asking area residents if any flat, house, or shop is available for rent. The landlord has only two options - wait for unknown knockers or get a renter through references of relatives and friends.

When this doesn't work, both parties turn to local property agents who charge 15 to 90 days' rent as brokerage/commission. Online portals exist but mainly focus on buying & selling - renting options are generally non-responsive.

A New Initiative

We connect landlords and renters by allowing both to advertise their needs and find suitable matches from a wide range of options. As a unique new initiative, renters can also upload their profiles - landlords will search them and offer their properties.

We deal with property renting only - no buying, no selling - and charge only 12 days' rent as Platform Service Fee. All fees are visible upfront with zero hidden charges.

Transparent Platform Service Fee

6 days' rent is charged to arrange the formal property meeting (non-refundable). The remaining 6 days' rent is charged only at deal closure, when the rental agreement is signed, or advance paid to the landlord.

If the deal does not close for any reason, we provide three additional match options within the next three months using the same meeting charge already paid.
