After the 6-day advance is paid, we share contact details and arrange a property viewing at a mutually convenient date and time. Both parties negotiate directly.
If the deal does not close after the first match, we provide three additional options within the next three months using the same meeting charge already paid - at no extra cost.

Our two services - Renter Search and Property Search - operate on a self-serve, transparent platform where landlords and renters do the searching themselves, with access to a far wider pool of matches than any individual broker could offer.
Both landlords and renters pay the same two fees separately: a Profile Listing Fee of ₹125 (discounted from ₹499 - 75% off) for 3 months, and a Platform Service Fee of only 12 days' rent - split into 6 days to arrange the property meeting, and 6 days at deal closure when the agreement is signed. No upfront retainer, no hidden charges. Both sides get access to a pan-India platform with real profiles and direct contact details. No broker, no commission escalation, and no conflict of interest.
